6. To work on mandates/manpower requirements by self and through team.

8. Achieving monthly, quarterly and annually targets
9. Ensuring Vacancy Closure, Billing, Payments
10. Ensuring Company’s Vision, Mission, Values
11. MIS, systems, process, rules and regulations, quality and standards, ISO standards.
